Join Our Team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Asheville Downtown!
At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations within the hotel restaurant, bar, or other food and beverage areas. In this role, you will ensure high-quality service, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company standards. You will also assist with staff coordination, training, and maintaining operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do:

Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service in all food and beverage areas.

Assist the management team with staff scheduling, supply orders, and inventory control.

Ensure team compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Address guest concerns, handle special requests, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Lead by example, delivering exceptional service to create a positive guest experience.

Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless and timely service.

Inspect dining and bar areas for cleanliness, organization, and preparedness.

Assist with opening and closing duties, including workstation setup and cleanliness.

Support special events and group bookings, ensuring successful execution.
What You’ll Need:

A high school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage service, with prior supervisory experience preferred.

Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including food handling and safety regulations.

Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.

Knowledge of basic POS and inventory systems.
