Position Summary
Sovereign Logic Systems LLC is seeking an Operational Research Coordinator to support customer discovery, operational outreach, and research activities related to healthcare transport environments, emergency medical services (EMS), and medical monitoring workflows.
This is a flexible, assignment-based contractor position intended to support outreach efforts, survey coordination, interview scheduling, and collection of operational feedback from healthcare and emergency-response professionals.
The ideal candidate is familiar with EMS, hospital operations, patient transport environments, or healthcare administration and is comfortable engaging professionally with medical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to EMS agencies, healthcare organizations, transport services, and related stakeholders
- Distribute research questionnaires and surveys
- Assist with customer discovery and operational research activities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with healthcare professionals
- Track survey participation and outreach activities
- Organize operational feedback and research findings
- Support communications with hospitals, EMS agencies, and transport personnel
- Assist with administrative and project coordination tasks as assigned
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality during stakeholder interactions
Preferred Experience
- EMS, healthcare, hospital, transport medicine, or public safety experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with healthcare operations or patient transport environments
- Administrative, outreach, or research coordination experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
Work Environment
This is a remote, flexible contractor position. Work is assigned on an as-needed basis depending on project requirements.
No minimum hours are guaranteed.

Compensation
- $25.00 per hour
- Paid only for approved assignments and authorized work
