As a COTA on our team, you're never on your own — your supervising Occupational Therapist and our Clinical Directors provide the direction, mentorship, and resources you need to deliver great care with confidence.
Position Highlights
- School Setting: Provide school-based occupational therapy services to students in Corona for the 2026–2027 school year.
- Real Supervision: Work under the guidance of an experienced supervising OT, structured support, not sink-or-swim.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with the treatment plan established by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Implement therapy activities addressing fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-help, and functional classroom access goals.
- Document session data and student progress; communicate observations to the supervising OT.
- Prepare therapy materials and support classroom-based strategies and adaptive equipment use.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and the supervising OT to reinforce OT strategies in the learning environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Schedule: Full-time, in person, 2026–2027 school year.
- Pay: $45–55/hr, based on experience, with bi-weekly direct deposit.

Requirements
- Active California Board of Occupational Therapy license (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant).
- Current NBCOT Certification.
- Work performed under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred; new graduates with strong pediatric fieldwork are welcome to apply.
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
