Summit Dental is seeking a full time practice manager. We are a private practice owned by one dentist. We have a skilled and vibrant team of front office staff, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and 2 associate dentists. The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day business operations of Summit Dental. This role ensures that the practice runs efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with the doctor’s clinical priorities and patient experience standards. The Office Manager serves as the operational leader of the office and a key integrator across clinical, financial, and administrative functions.
A successful Office Manager at Summit Dental is proactive, organized, financially literate, and patient-centric. This individual operates as a trusted extension of the doctor, translating vision into execution while maintaining high standards for service, accountability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications
· 5+ years of dental office or healthcare practice management experience
· Strong knowledge of dental scheduling, insurance, and revenue cycle workflows
· Demonstrated leadership and team management capability
· Financial acumen and comfort with KPIs and reports
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Experience with practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental)
