Production Supervisor We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can motivate employees, maintain production schedules, ensure quality standards, and promote a safe workplace. Responsibilities: Supervise and lead production employees to meet daily production goals. Plan, assign, and monitor work to ensure efficiency and productivity. Train, coach, and develop team members while maintaining accountability. Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed. Monitor product quality and work closely with quality control to resolve issues. Coordinate with maintenance to minimize equipment downtime. Track production performance and communicate progress to management. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Promote teamwork, positive morale, and continuous improvement throughout the facility. Qualifications: Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting. Experience with production scheduling and meeting deadlines. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are a plus. Forklift experience is beneficial but not required. Proficient with basic computer programs and production documentation. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lead by example.
