Greenhow is hiring a Seasonal Lawn Aeration Team Member to join our fall lawn care crew. This full-time position begins August 3rd or August 10th and runs through September 30th, our busiest and most important lawn improvement season.
You'll work outdoors every day as part of a 2-person team, helping homeowners improve their lawns through aeration and overseeding services throughout Eastern Massachusetts.

Aerate residential lawns using walk-behind and ride-on aerators

Spread grass seed and lawn products using commercial spreaders

Load and unload equipment and materials

Work with a teammate to complete daily routes efficiently

Provide friendly, professional service to customers
This is a physically demanding position. The ideal candidate:

Enjoys working outdoors all day
-
Can repeatedly lift and carry 50-pound bags
-
Is dependable and arrives on time every day

Can safely operate equipment on hills, slopes, and different terrain types

Works well as part of a team

Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Has a valid driver's license (preferred)
- Full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
