Role Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. This role is hands-on and involves both physical and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling heavy equipment such as Bitcoin ATM machines.
Responsibilities
- Receive, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory.
- Load and unload Bitcoin ATM machines (requires ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs).
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery and process incoming shipments.
- Assist with warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
- Keep accurate records of materials, equipment, and transactions.
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks, dollies, or forklifts (certification a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with physically demanding tasks.
- Dependable and proactive, able to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and shipments.
- Valid, clean driver's license (must be 21 years or older).
- Ability and willingness to travel and occasionally work weekends.
- Must have basic technical experience and familiarity operating common tools (drill, impact driver, ratchets and sockets, screwdrivers, etc.).
- Effective communication skills in both English and Spanish; must be comfortable using WhatsApp for daily communication.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $250.00 - $300.00 per day
