Priority Response Specialist
SERVPRO of Milwaukee North is looking for a driven, confident individual to join our team as a Priority Response Specialist. This fast-paced position is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys meeting new people, and has a passion for sales and customer service during emergency situations.
As a Priority Response Specialist, you'll be dispatched to fire, water, and other property emergencies as they occur. Your role is to arrive promptly, connect with property owners or their authorized representatives, assess their immediate restoration needs, and explain how SERVPRO can help restore their property.
Our franchise receives real-time emergency notifications through industry lead services, allowing you to respond quickly when disaster strikes. As a full-service restoration company that completes all mitigation and reconstruction work in-house—and as a preferred vendor for many leading insurance carriers—you'll have the resources and reputation needed to confidently earn customers' trust.
For motivated sales professionals, this position offers exceptional earning potential, including the opportunity to earn six figures during your first year through a combination of salary and commission.
Individuals with backgrounds in restoration sales, construction, public adjusting, emergency response, or fire chasing are encouraged to apply. We are especially interested in candidates with a proven history of closing sales, building relationships, and performing well in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.

What You'll Do
- Respond rapidly to fire, water, and other property damage emergencies throughout the service area.
- Meet with homeowners, business owners, or authorized decision-makers on-site to discuss restoration solutions.
- Utilize emergency notification systems, fire calls, and police reports to identify new opportunities.
- Educate prospective customers about SERVPRO's restoration process and available services.
- Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to gather information before arriving at each loss.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with local fire departments, police agencies, emergency responders, and community organizations.
- Develop strong rapport with customers while guiding them through the initial stages of the restoration process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and daily activity.
- Track emergency calls, agency contacts, and customer information using company reporting tools.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, dependable, and able to respond to emergencies on short notice. Because emergencies can occur at any time, this position requires the flexibility to remain available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the ability to travel quickly within the assigned service area.
Compensation includes a base salary plus commission—the more projects you secure, the greater your earning potential.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
