We are a growing mattress with a 5 star rating and a commitment to providing customers with quality products, outstanding service, and an exceptional shopping experience. We sale overstock Serta/Simmons mattresses at half the price. Our mattresses are priced so well they sale themselves. Earnings are calculated weekly at 10% commission or a $100 daily rate, whichever yields the higher amount. Saturdays and Sundays are our highest traffic days so they are required work days.
What we are looking for
- Greet every customer promptly and professionally.
- Build rapport and identify customer needs through effective questioning.
- Present products and explain features, benefits, warranties, and financing options.
- Help customers compare products and select the best solution for their needs and budget.
- Follow up with potential customers to generate additional sales opportunities.
- Maintain strong product knowledge on mattresses, furniture, adjustable bases, and accessories.
- Able to lift heave mattresses
- Achieve individual and team sales goals
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work weekends and retail hours.
- Basic computer skills.
- Reliable transportation.
Pay: $800.00 - $2,000.00 per week
