Bay Creek Rentals is seeking a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain our portfolio of vacation homes and townhomes. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, safe, and well-maintained property during every stay.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative inspections on vacation rental properties.
- Complete basic repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance troubleshooting.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and property management.
- Replace light fixtures, smoke detector batteries, HVAC filters, and other routine maintenance items.
- Inspect homes before guest arrivals to ensure everything is functioning properly.
- Coordinate with outside vendors when specialized repairs are required.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and company tools.
- Document completed work and communicate updates with the Rentals Department.
- Assist with emergency maintenance calls when needed.
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance, handyman, construction, or property maintenance experience preferred.
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Friendly, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work both indoors and outdoors.
Schedule
- Part-time hours (approximately 15–30 hours per week).
