This role is vital, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the practice while providing superior customer service to existing clients & prospects. This role will require you to manage all aspects of the client experience at Gieger Wealth: application submission and account transfer follow-up, incoming client calls, outbound follow-ups, appointment setting, calendar management, database management, and client appointment preparation.
Compensation:
$55,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly, warm manner

Set new appointments with incoming prospective leads

Calendar Management for the office

Process & follow-up on client service work

Complete and process new business applications

Update & review database/CRM to reflect account status regarding new business and/or service

Maintain an organized, compliant, and efficient filing system

Follow up on pending business and contact individual clients with updates

Assist Advisors with pre-appointment requirements

Prepare, manage, and track the new business pipeline

Assist Advisors with client support and mailings, educational workshops, and client events as needed

Act as phone back-up to other members of the team

Maintain current Advisor’s licenses and appointments with agencies and companies
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in the financial industry is preferred

Life Insurance & Securities License(s) preferred
