Assistant Managers Duties:
- Customer Service
- Product Making
- Oven-Tending and Quality Control
- Direct Employees on shift
- Cost Control for Labor and Food
- Communication with Management Team for Consistency
- Prep Work
- Clean-up Work
- Contribute to Training new Employees
Assistant Managers start between $12-$16/hr (Depending on Experience)
Assistant Managers go through our General Manager in Training (GMiT) Program
After completing the GMiT program, you will be in consideration for a General Manager role! (Same location or at neighboring location)
Go Further by becoming a District Manager or even a Franchisee!
