Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Plant Manager to join our team. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all Plant Operations. This includes, but is not limited to, dispatching mix trucks, safety operations, maintenance oversite, inventory control and supervision of plant personnel. Pay rate will be based on experience. Minimum of 2 years experience is required. Must be able to work overtime and pass pre-employment drug screen and background check. Need to have an understanding of batching and dispatching software.
Duties
- Accurately batch ready mix concrete using Command Alkon.
- Must be able to produce on-time and in-spec concrete for our customers.
- Maintain proper raw material levels and order as needed (aggregates, cement, additives)
- Supervise Plant employees and fleet of drivers.
-Conduct daily plant inspections
- Weekly Inventories
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 50.0 – 65.0 per week

- Driving: 2 years (Preferred)
