True Direct Home Health Care is seeking an enthusiastic and personable Speech Therapist to join our team and provide Per Diem Speech Therapy visits. You will provide speech, language, and cognitive function evaluations and implement specific individual treatments to help patients maintain safe communication abilities.

Schedule: Per Diem
Compensation: $65-$75 per visit

What You’ll Do:
- Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Perform thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients who are experiencing speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties
- Conduct pediatric speech and language evaluations using standardized assessments
- Maintain clear, detailed documentation to track client progress
- Ensure that progress is generalized and caregivers are active participants in the intervention through addressing specific goals, coaching sessions, and communication with the entire team
- Prepare progress reports
- Adhere to frequency, duration, and appropriate treatment guidelines as indicated.
- Develop appropriate home or community programming to maintain and enhance the performance of the residents in their own environment.
- Reviews the quality and appropriateness of the total services delivered and of individual speech therapy programs for effectiveness and efficiency, using predetermined criteria
All Speech Therapist Applicants are Required to have the following:
- PA Speech Therapy (SLP) license
- Valid Driver's License
- Auto Insurance Card
- Graduate Certificate/ Degree of an accredited school of Nursing, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
