Sales Representative – Air Purification Systems

Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will present and demonstrate air purification systems to prospective customers, build relationships, and guide clients through the purchasing process. The company provides pre-scheduled appointments with interested customers, with additional opportunity to generate your own leads if desired. You provide your availability, and appointments are scheduled accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a showcase of air purification systems during pre-scheduled appointments provided by the company
- Deliver products and assist with setup for customers as needed
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and accurately
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely manner
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- No prior sales experience required
- Comfortable presenting products in a home environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay is $750-$1500 per week. (Part time or Full time) based on completed appointments, with opportunities for increased pay based on performance and production
- Flexible scheduling — you set your availability, and appointments are scheduled to match when possible
- Ongoing training and professional development
- Opportunities for advancement into management roles within 3–4 months based on performance
Work Environment
- Field-based role involving travel to customer homes or scheduled locations
- Appointments are primarily provided by the company based on your submitted availability; self-generated leads are optional and can supplement your pipeline
- May require evening and weekend availability depending on your schedule preferences
Pay: $750.00 - $1,500.00 per week
