We are actively hiring a Full-Time Shift Leader with open availability to direct shifts, coach crew members, and fast-track their development into higher-level management opportunities across our organization.
PAY & BENEFITS:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Run the Floor: Direct daily shift operations, manage floor workflow, and keep service moving fast.
- Lead & Support: Assign tasks, motivate team members, and set a positive tone on every shift.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure food quality, store cleanliness, cash control, and strict food safety compliance.
- Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional guest service and handle high-volume rushes with speed and accuracy.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
- Experience: Prior shift lead, supervisor, or keyholder experience preferred (6+ months in restaurant/retail).
- Open Availability: Must be available to work opening, mid, and closing shifts, including weekends.
- Leadership Mindset: Strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lead under pressure.
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older to operate slicing equipment (Federal Law).
- Certifications: ServSafe certification is a plus (training is available).
