As our portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Manager to join our team in Denver. This position offers the opportunity to take an active role in managing a dynamic portfolio while working closely with ownership, tenants, and vendors to ensure properties are well-maintained, financially successful, and positioned for long-term growth.
Position Overview
The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for supporting and overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of office and retail properties throughout the Front Range. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships while balancing operational, financial, and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of a portfolio of office and retail commercial properties.
- Foster strong tenant relationships by responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and coordinating service requests through IMPAK.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure assets are maintained to the highest standards.
- Coordinate and oversee vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality work and cost-effective property operations.
- Assist with annual budgets, forecasting, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Review rent rolls, accounts receivable, invoices, and monthly operating reports for accuracy and performance tracking.
- Administer lease requirements and ensure compliance with lease obligations and property policies.
- Coordinate tenant improvement projects, capital projects, and operational initiatives.
- Work closely with ownership and senior management to maximize property value and tenant satisfaction.
- Travel regularly to assigned properties throughout the Front Range.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Colorado Real Estate License
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial property management experience, preferably with office and retail assets.
- Strong understanding of commercial property operations, tenant relations, and lease administration.
- Experience with CAM reconciliations, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with Yardi, Avid, and IMPAK is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
