Sales Associate / Smoke Shop Team Member

We're looking for a reliable, motivated, and friendly Sales Associate to primarily work at our Farm to Market location and our Doolittle Drive-Thru in Edinburg, TX. If you enjoy helping customers, learning about new products, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service and greet every customer with a positive attitude.
- Learn about our vape, tobacco, CBD, hemp, kratom, and other specialty products to confidently assist customers.
- Recommend products and upsell accessories and promotions when appropriate.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout your shift.
- Restock inventory and maintain attractive product displays.
- Verify IDs and follow all company policies and state regulations.
- Work independently while staying productive during slower periods.

- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to work at any of our locations in Edinburg, Alamo, or Pharr when needed.
- Open availability is strongly preferred, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is strongly preferred to better assist our customers.
- A dependable team player with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
