We are seeking a fun and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with naturalistic teaching and working collaboratively with other disciplines. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing Applied Behavior Analysis. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans
- Provide training and support to caregivers and staff in behavior management.
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Experience
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis is required.
- Strong skills in data collection and analysis related to patient care.
- Background in naturalistic behavioral therapy techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $85,000.00 per year
