We are hiring friendly, responsible, and professional street outreach team members for a political campaign in Manhattan.
Team members will help distribute campaign flyers, brochures, and other printed materials at selected high-traffic locations throughout Manhattan. This is a public-facing role, so we are looking for people who are reliable, approachable, polite, and comfortable greeting people with a smile.
Responsibilities include:
Handing out campaign flyers and brochures at assigned Manhattan locations
Greeting voters and members of the public in a friendly, respectful way
Representing the campaign professionally at all times
Following instructions from campaign staff and shift leads
Arriving on time and completing assigned shifts
Keeping materials organized and reporting basic feedback from the field
Ideal candidates are:
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking briefly with strangers
Responsible, punctual, and dependable
Professional in appearance and communication
Able to stand and walk outdoors for several hours
Comfortable working in busy public areas
Respectful toward all members of the public, including people who may disagree politically
Available for weekday, evening, and/or weekend shifts
Prior campaign, canvassing, customer service, retail, hospitality, or street outreach experience is helpful but not required. Training and materials will be provided.
Pay: $23–$25 per hour, depending on experience
Location: Various assigned locations throughout Manhattan
Schedule: Part-time, flexible shifts available
Start date: Immediate / rolling start
