MINT is Hiring: Lead Bartender / Server + FOH Manager
We’re looking for an experienced, warm, energetic hospitality person who loves being behind the bar and on the floor, but is also ready to lead the room.
This is a full-time, hands-on position for someone who can bartend and serve while taking ownership of the front of house: leading pre-shift meetings, training and supporting staff, scheduling, inventory and stock, implementing procedures, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and making sure every shift runs beautifully.
4/5 days a week Full-time Management responsibility + tipped shifts
