Air Cleaning Blowers (ACB) is seeking a driven sales professional to develop net-new business for market-proven, multi-patented industrial technology. Our solutions help industrial organizations improve reliability, reduce maintenance burden, minimize contamination exposure, and operate more effectively in demanding environments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and close net-new industrial business opportunities
- Prospect into target accounts and build relationships
- Conduct consultative sales conversations focused on operational challenges
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Maintain CRM discipline and opportunity visibility
- Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and industry events
- Collaborate with engineering resources when needed
- Gather market feedback and customer insights
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience
- Proven prospecting and closing success
- Strong business development, discovery, and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in business terms
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable
- Comfortable handling rejection and asking for the business
- Willingness to travel as required
Preferred experience in Industrial Equipment, Engineered Products, Industrial HVAC, Industrial Automation, Environmental Systems, Manufacturing, Industrial Distribution, or Reliability-Focused Solutions.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Competitive base salary of $45,000 - $65,000
- Permanently uncapped commission opportunity
- Expected first-year earnings of $100,000-$150,000+
