Thesman Communities. We are a family owned and operated property management company. We are looking for an experienced maintenance tech. Experience in Apartment/Home "Turns" a plus.
SOME WEEKENDS WILL BE REQUIRED
This is a full-time, immediate opening in Las Vegas, NV. We offer a competitive hourly wage, paid holidays, vacation, medical/dental and opportunity for advancement.
Candidates must have proven skills in the maintenance field, and the ability to perform duties with a high level of proficiency and integrity.
Responsibilities include:
· Maintaining physical condition of property according to Company operating and safety procedures
Including maintenance on:
General Grounds/Grass
Irrigation
Pool
Clubhouse
Basic Plumbing/Sewer
Septic knowledge a PLUS
Basic Electrical
Roof/Gutter/Foundation/Sidewalk Repairs
· Communicate effectively and professionally with residents and staff members
Qualifications:
· Experience in Apartment Turnovers preferred
· General landscape knowledge
· HVAC a plus
· Septic a plus
· 2 years residential maintenance experience
· Pool certified (or willing to obtain certification)
· Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and handyman skills a plus
· Available to work weekends
· Organized with good communication skills
