San Diego, California (Telehealth Position)
Insight Psychological Services Center is currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Psychotherapist to join our growing group practice serving clients throughout California via telehealth.
We are a collaborative team of psychologists and therapists dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based care in a warm, supportive, and inclusive environment. Our practice specializes in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, maternal mental health, trauma, and neurodivergence.
We are passionate about supporting clinicians as they grow their clinical skills, professional confidence, and unique therapeutic style. Associates receive ongoing supervision, mentorship, and administrative support, allowing them to focus on providing excellent care while building a meaningful and sustainable caseload.

Position Details
- Fully remote telehealth position serving clients throughout California
- Flexible scheduling
- Referrals provided through the practice
- Administrative support including scheduling, billing, credentialing, and intake coordination
- Individual supervision provided by licensed psychologists
- Opportunities to develop areas of specialization and clinical interest
Associates are expected to maintain a minimum caseload of 15-25 client sessions per week, with opportunities to grow beyond that based on availability and interest.
Qualifications
- Registered Psychological Associate, AMFT, APCC, or ACSW in good standing with the appropriate California licensing board
- Master's or Doctoral degree in a mental health field
- Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to provide services via a telehealth platform
- Professional, organized, and self-motivated
- Commitment to providing culturally responsive and affirming care to diverse populations

Pay: $35.00 - $44.00 per hour
