Join our dedicated team as a Residential Assisted Living Administrator, where you will lead the daily operations of a vibrant senior care home. Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations related to long-term care and assisted living standards.
- Supervise staff including caregivers, nursing personnel, and support staff, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations to promote excellence in resident care.
- Coordinate medication administration and health monitoring in accordance with medical directives and safety protocols.
- Foster strong relationships with residents’ families by communicating regularly about care progress and addressing concerns promptly.
- Implement operational policies that enhance safety, resident satisfaction, and staff efficiency while promoting a positive community atmosphere.
Experience
- Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home management with a solid understanding of senior care practices.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience leading teams in long-term care or home & community care environments.
- Extensive knowledge of assisted living regulations, dementia care strategies, and memory care best practices.
- Background in developing care plans tailored to individual resident needs involving social work or healthcare expertise.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, billing processes, and operational costs within a retirement home or group home setting.
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols and safety procedures for vulnerable populations.

Pay: $47,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
