Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pile Driver Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating pile driving equipment used in construction projects, ensuring efficient installation of piles for foundation support. Your expertise in heavy equipment operation and construction safety will be vital to maintaining project momentum and safety standards.
Duties
- Operate pile driving machinery with precision, adhering to all safety regulations and operational procedures
- Conduct pre-operation inspections of equipment, including hydraulics, cranes, and rigging gear
- Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and other team members to position piles accurately
- Handle materials safely using forklifts, boom trucks, backhoes, excavators, and other heavy equipment as needed
- Follow OSHA safety standards and construction site safety protocols at all times
- Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage, inspections, and operational incidents
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks related to construction materials and equipment
- Operate small boats
Requirements
- Proven experience operating pile drivers or similar heavy construction equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, crane operation, rigging, and materials handling systems
- Valid commercial driver’s license with experience in commercial driving environments
- Familiarity with overhead cranes, forklift operation, boom trucks, backhoes, and excavators, and marine craft ,floats and boats.
- Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and OSHA safety standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment while maintaining safety compliance
- Construction site experience with a focus on heavy equipment operation and materials handling

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
