Amada Senior Care is seeking a compassionate and professional PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to support our growing non-medical home care team throughout North Texas.
This position is ideal for an RN seeking flexible hours and meaningful work without the demands of bedside nursing or skilled home health care.
The RN will travel to clients’ homes to conduct non-medical assessments, develop care plans, perform supervisory visits, and complete electronic documentation within our CRM system.
Compensation
- $40-$50/hour DOE
- Paid mileage reimbursement
- Eligible business expense reimbursement
- Paid meeting attendance
- Flexible PRN scheduling
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home client assessments
- Create and update individualized plans of care
- Perform client supervisory visits
- Document visits and reports electronically in company CRM
- Communicate client updates and concerns with office staff
- Attend weekly meetings (in person with virtual options as needed)
This Position Does NOT Include
- Skilled nursing
- Medication administration
- Wound care
- IV therapy
- Hands-on clinical treatment
Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license in good standing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Basic computer and electronic documentation proficiency
- Home care, hospice, geriatric, or senior care experience preferred
