Overview:
Rodeo Appliance is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking service for luxury appliance brands. You will handle inbound and outbound phone calls, text messages, appointment scheduling, customer follow-up, and administrative support to ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
● Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
● Respond to customer text messages and online inquiries throughout the day.
● Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments.
● Follow up with customers regarding estimates, parts orders, and completed service visits.
● Maintain accurate customer records and notes in our service management software.
● Coordinate technician schedules and communicate appointment updates.
● Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up on unscheduled estimates.
● Assist with customer concerns and help resolve issues in a professional manner.
● Monitor missed calls and ensure all customer inquiries receive a timely response.
● Support daily administrative tasks and office operations as needed.
Qualifications
● Previous customer service, call center, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred.
● Excellent phone communication and customer service skills.
● Strong written communication skills for texting and email correspondence.
● Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and multiple applications simultaneously.
● Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
● Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required.
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
