ALARM DISPATCHER
Protect lives and property as an Alarm Dispatcher. This fast-paced role requires excellent phone communication skills, strong typing ability, and the capacity to follow detailed instructions while multitasking.You’ll monitor alarm signals, handle inbound and outbound calls, and coordinate emergency responses—often managing multiple priorities at once. The ability to stay calm under pressure is essential.Paid training lasts approximately three weeks. This is a critical public safety position where your actions can help prevent fires, stop burglaries, and protect people and property.

We seek candidates to fill openings for alarm dispatchers on 2 shifts currently.
- Late Sleepers: Second Shift - 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Night Owls: Third Shift - 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Responsibilities of an Alarm Dispatcher include responding promptly to alarm signals and dispatch appropriate law enforcement or security personnel as needed. Maintaining clear and effective communication with team members and external agencies. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Heavy typing, some writing, and heavy inbound/outbound telephone communications are also part of each day. CSCI is an emergency dispatch center, we handle urgent and emergent issues. This means holiday and weekend availability is a must!
