Job Summary
The Revenue Assurance Analyst is responsible for protecting company revenue by analyzing, validating, and improving data and operational processes that directly impact billing accuracy. In this role, you will identify points of revenue leakage, tampering of metering and equipment, investigate the root causes of metering and billing exceptions, and detect patterns or anomalies that impact meter integrity. You will create actionable insights, develop reports for leadership, and support exception resolution through detailed data analysis and crossfunctional collaboration. This role will be closely partnered with Field Operations, AMOC and Billing teams to strengthen upstream processes. This position plays a key role in monitoring meter health, proving data integrity, and driving initiatives that reduce revenue leakage and support sustainable financial performance.

Analyst I: 0-2 years of relevant experience
Analyst II: 2-4 years of relevant experience
Analyst III: 4-6 years of relevant experience
