Position Overview
We’re looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our growing team as a Client Solutions Representative. In this outside sales role, you’ll meet business owners and decision-makers face-to-face to introduce valuable financial protection solutions. You’ll guide them through a consultative process focused on understanding their needs and providing real value.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, is comfortable with daily in-person outreach, and wants uncapped earning potential with full training and ongoing support. No previous sales experience is required — we invest in developing our people.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily in-person outreach to local businesses to build relationships and create new opportunities
- Meet directly with business owners and decision-makers in a face-to-face setting
- Schedule and perform needs-based consultations
- Clearly present financial protection solutions tailored to each client’s priorities
- Manage your pipeline with consistent follow-up and relationship building
- Keep accurate records of interactions and activity
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training & development

Qualifications
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training
- Willing to learn proven in-person prospecting and sales techniques
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Must be able to obtain required state licensing (we support this)
- Reliable transportation for local travel
