Role Overview
The Account Executive (AE) owns the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract negotiation and implementation. This role demands a consultative, process-driven seller who thrives in complex hospital environments and can articulate Etiometry’s clinical and financial value to diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive geographic expansion and account penetration.
- Lead end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, stakeholder engagement, contracting, and implementation.
- Navigate hospital purchasing processes, identify decision-makers, and align solutions with clinical and administrative priorities.
- Deliver Etiometry’s value proposition with clarity and impact—highlighting reductions in ICU length of stay, ventilator time, and improvements in reimbursement and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor messaging and engage hospital leadership, including physicians, nursing leaders, IT, and C-suite executives.
- Stay current on Etiometry’s evolving product features and clinical applications.
- Maintain CRM (Sugar) and reporting tools to track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical environments.
- Proven success selling into hospitals or health systems, especially within ICU, cardiology, or critical care.
- Familiarity with clinical decision support, patient monitoring, or digital health platforms.
- Strategic thinker with strong territory planning and multi-stakeholder navigation skills.
- Exceptional communicator—comfortable engaging clinicians, administrators, and executives.
- Self-driven, organized, and adaptable; thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.
