Essential Functions:
- Assist with event logistics, hospitality, and guest services during Reunion Week, Family Weekend, and Big Red Weekend
- Support registration, wayfinding, and event setup/breakdown
- Serve as a welcoming ambassador for alumni, families, and guests
- Work closely with AFE staff to ensure seamless event experiences
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexible, reliable, and positive attitude
- Able to take direction and implement tasks as requested
- Golf cart training preferred (but not required at the start)
- Availability to work Reunion Week, Family Weekend, and Big Red Weekend
