Position Details:
- Schedule: 2 days per week
- Term: ASAP start with commitment through the entire school year (August 17 - May 31, 2027)
- Caseload: K-12 students, offering variety and broad impact
What You'll Bring:
- Valid Physical Therapist licensure required
- Prior experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations is strongly preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, consultation, and individual/group therapy
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including participation in IEP meetings
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in documentation and report writing
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical therapy evaluations and ongoing assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on individual student needs
- Provide direct therapy services and consult with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as a vital team member
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff to support student success
