Beyond Athletics OC is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Youth Sports Coaches/Mentors to lead structured play during lunch and after-school enrichment programming for students in grades TK–6. Coaches will create a safe, fun, and engaging environment where students can learn new sports, build teamwork skills, and develop character.
Responsibilities:
- Lead structured play activities and sports games during lunch recess.
- Facilitate after-school enrichment programs focused on sports and physical activity.
- Serve as a positive role model by promoting teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship.
- Manage groups of students (grades TK–6) with patience, energy, and creativity.
- Ensure student safety and maintain program expectations.
- Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and Beyond Athletics management.
- Assist with equipment setup and cleanup as needed.
Projected Hours: (Based on school site)
Lunch program: 11am- 1:30pm
After-school program : 2pm-5:30pm
-Each school has different hours but a minimal average of 2 hours per program.
