HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:
The Motor Vehicle and Driver License Division, Motor Vehicle Bureau, is seeking a Staff Development Trainer to serve as a subject matter expert in processing motor vehicle transactions within the new integrated system. This role provides advanced support to the Help Desk team, assists with resolving inquiries from dealerships and license office staff, and contributes to creating and the delivery of training materials. This position will play a key role in ensuring consistent, accurate, and efficient system use across the state.
Responsibilities - What you’ll do
DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:

- Is a primary resource for Help Desk team members by offering guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and expert-level knowledge of motor vehicle transaction processing.
- Assist in responding to calls and inquiries from dealers and license office staff related to transaction processing.
- Serve as a liaison between front-line users and project or technical teams and communicate system concerns.
- Collaborate with training teams to create, update training content, including step-by-step guides, and reference materials.
- Identify recurring issues, knowledge gaps, or training needs based on call trends and Help Desk feedback.
- In state regional training may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree and one or more years of relevant work experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
