ABOUT THE ROLE
The Advisory Team Coordinator sits at the intersection of Marketing and the Advisory Team.
You will be responsible for:
- Responding rapidly to hot inbound leads
- Scheduling Discovery Meetings
- Conducting seminar attendee qualification calls
- Improving Discovery Meeting attendance rates
- Supporting Florida seminars
- Coordinating advisor calendars
- Maintaining Salesforce documentation
- Creating a world-class prospect experience
This is not a passive administrative role. You directly influence advisor productivity, marketing ROI, Discovery Meeting stick rate, and company growth.
