Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Dining Operations at Graham Country Club. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to foster a motivated and efficient workforce
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and adhere to food safety regulations
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability
- Ensure smooth shift management by coordinating staff schedules, overseeing customer service, and resolving any operational issues promptly
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards across the kitchen and dining areas
- Implement staff training programs focused on food handling, customer service excellence, and food safety procedures
- Monitor financial performance through budgeting, sales analysis, and cost control measures to maximize revenue
Skills
- Proven management experience within casual dining environments; Experience in a Country Club or similar environment is a plus, but not necessary
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management practices
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in supervising teams, conducting interviews, and staff development
- Deep understanding of inventory control, food safety regulations, and food handling procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle Member concerns professionally
- Knowledge of budgeting, food production processes, & catering operations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
