Job Overview
Peak Performance Outdoors LLC is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing crew. We specialize in asphalt maintenance, concrete repairs, line striping, bollard installation, car stops, and other commercial property improvement services. We have upcoming large projects that require motivated team members willing to travel and work as part of a professional crew.
Responsibilities
- Assist with concrete repairs and installations
- Perform asphalt patching, crack filling, and sealcoating
- Install bollards, wheel stops, and signage
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Follow job site safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Travel to out-of-state projects as needed
Requirements
- Construction experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Willingness to travel for extended projects
