Customer Support Representative
Location: West Covina, CA

About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics or warehouse environment and enjoys keeping orders, inventory, and communication running smoothly. You'll be the link between our internal teams and external partners, helping ensure accurate order processing and clear communication every step of the way.
What You'll Do
- Communicate professionally and effectively via email with internal teams and external contacts/customers
- Enter and process customer orders, and review inventory within our ERP system
- Review and manage shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, and carrier routing requirements
- Support day-to-day warehouse and order operations with a strong eye for accuracy
- Help resolve order or inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
What We're Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in a 3PL (third-party logistics) environment, or in health, beauty, and wellness industries preferred
- Comfortable with data entry and working within an ERP system
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and shipping/routing documentation
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with any of the following platforms is a plus: TMS/Routing software, NetSuite, ShipStation, Spring System (EDI), SPS Commerce (EDI), or OpenText
- Ability to pass a resume screen and complete an interview process
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $24.00/hour
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
