Job Duties
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
- Ensuring timely payments of vendors/customer invoices and expenses
- Verify and resolves vendor accounts, purchase orders, and any discrepancies in invoices and payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and payment records
- Maintain records
- Review vendor and service provider agreements
- Negotiate with vendors and service providers to secure discounts
- Monitor all financial transactions within the organization
- Assist with audits
- Other projects as assigned
Knowledge & Experience
Required
- Previous experience in an Accounting or Accounts Payable position. (3 years)
- Good problem solving and time management skills.
- Experience with company financial statements, revenue reports, and monthly cash flow.
- Competent working with multiple systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Above average attention to detail. Be able to identify errors and missing payments
Preferred
- Experience working and reporting with NetSuite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
