A busy hotel is seeking a dependable and hardworking Housekeeper / Houseman to join its team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, enjoys staying active, and understands the importance of creating a comfortable and welcoming experience for guests.
We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive hotel team.
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Day Shift | Weekends & Holidays as Needed
Start Date: Immediate
What You'll Do
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to hotel standards
- Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and restock guest supplies
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize assigned areas
- Inspect rooms to ensure they are clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Remove trash and properly handle cleaning supplies and equipment
- Assist with laundry, linen distribution, and housekeeping duties as needed
- Help maintain hallways, public areas, and other hotel spaces
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or guest concerns to management
- Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests and team members
What We're Looking For
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable being on your feet and performing physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, reach, and move as needed
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Professional and guest-focused approach
