Coach, train, and lead a crew of 2-3 team members in landscape maintenance tasks.

Develop and implement daily and weekly game plans to achieve team goals.

Ensure job quality and customer satisfaction through regular interaction with clients.

Maintain clean and safe job sites by following safety and maintenance procedures.

Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to job tasks.

Minimum of 1-3 years of landscape maintenance experience.

Experience in leading teams of 2-5 people.

Proficiency in installing retaining walls, landscape lighting, irrigation systems, pavers, sod, and plants.

Knowledge of trimming shrubs and trees, plant identification, and bed cleanup.

Ability to maintain a steady work schedule and work in various weather conditions.

Capability to operate standard landscaping machinery such as walk behind mowers, trimmers, and blowers.

Physical ability to lift 50-60 pounds or more.

Valid drivers license and ability to drive and back up a truck and trailer.
