This position is for a full-time Endodontic Assistant. It entails: greeting and interacting professionally with patients; taking digital x-rays and CT scans; assisting chair-side for endodontic procedures and surgeries; setting up and tearing down operatories before and after procedures (pursuant to OSHA standards); sterilizing; and stocking and refilling supplies in sterilization room as well as operatories. Good communication and interpersonal skill are a must. At least 1 year of general dental assisting experience is REQUIRED. Specific experience assisting in Endodontics--while helpful--is NOT required; we are willing to train the right candidate with general dental assisting experience. Working hours are Monday - Thursday, approximately 8:30am - 4:30 pm, totaling approximately 31-34 hours per week.
