For over 30 years, Griffin Trailer has been a leader in the steel industry and has built quality dump trailers for more than 25 years. We’re looking for a dependable, safety-focused Class A CDL Driver to join our team.
Pay
- Starting Pay: $22.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Incentive opportunities available

What You’ll Do
- Safely operate a company pickup truck with a gooseneck trailer.
- Safely operate an International flatbed truck with trailer.
- Deliver assembled dump trailers to our paint facility and return finished trailers to our main plant (approximately a 10-mile round trip with multiple trips each day).
- Transport parts between our nearby facilities, all located within approximately one mile of each other.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Excellent driving and safety record
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and road test
- Previous commercial driving experience preferred (1 year desired but not required)
- Ability to perform physical job duties, including:
o Climbing ladders
o Cranking landing gear
o Securing loads with straps
o Changing tires
o Lifting 25 pounds or more
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

- Must live within 45 miles of Elkhart, Indiana
