We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reconciliations
- Maintain organized filing systems, including client records, invoices, and monthly client reports
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to support accounting and administrative functions
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling for the company executive.
- Support office management
Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping
- Strong computer skills including Google Workspace tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with data entry, clerical duties, and general office management
- Technical proficiency in office productivity software, typing accuracy, and proofreading for error-free documents
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities seamlessly
