Pay: Starting at $24.00/hour, DOE, plus overtime during peak season. Plus a seasonal completion bonus of up to $1,000.
Join our dynamic team as a Christmas Light Installer - Crew Lead, where you will spearhead the installation, maintenance, and removal of festive holiday lighting displays. This energetic role demands leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for creating memorable holiday experiences. As a Crew Lead, you will oversee a team of installers, ensure safety compliance, and deliver exceptional service to our clients. Your hands-on approach and construction management skills will drive successful project execution from start to finish, making the season bright for everyone involved.
Responsibilities
- Drive company truck and trailer to and from job sites
- Lead an exterior installation crew across Phoenix
- Train new installers and set the standard for how the work gets done
- Serve as the first point of contact for on-site problems and solve them on the spot
- Own crew safety, installation quality, and the final client outcome on every job
- Run installs efficiently, with zero repeat callbacks
- Coordinate project schedules using customer management software such as Jobber & Company Cam
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly and maintain project momentum
- Job Requirements
- Must be able to drive a truck and trailer. This is a hard requirement, verified through a driving test before hire
- Prior experience installing exterior Christmas lighting or comparable trade work
- OSHA 30 certification required within 30 days of hire, OSHA 10 not required to apply
- Comfortable working on ladders and roofs at heights up to 40', using provided fall protection equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be 18 or older
- Available for full seasonal commitment, September through February/March
Pay: $24.98 - $30.08 per hour
