Social Media & Content Creation
- Regularly post engaging content across Historic Harley-Davidson’s social media platforms, including live videos, promotional clips, trending content, and dynamic features highlighting staff, customers, and dealership events.
- Be confident on camera, capturing and showcasing the unique Historic H-D experience by interacting with both staff and customers.
- Develop and execute creative content strategies that align with the dealership’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
Event Planning & Execution
- Plan, organize, and execute dealership events that drive traffic and celebrate the Harley-Davidson lifestyle.
- Maintain and manage a comprehensive events calendar, including promotions, community partnerships, and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, HOG (Harley Owners Group) chapters, and local organizations to ensure the seamless coordination of successful events.
- Oversee all event logistics, from setup to breakdown, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for attendees.
- Energize the crowd—generate excitement and enthusiasm for events, promotions, and activities!
Marketing & Promotions
- Support the creation of in-store signage, email campaigns, and website updates to promote dealership events and offers.
- Manage event budgets, tracking expenses to ensure cost-effective execution.
- Evaluate event success through feedback and performance analysis, implementing improvements for future initiatives.
- Oversee event recaps by gathering comprehensive data on event outcomes, including sales performance and department-specific results, to evaluate the success and impact of each event.
Customer & Community Engagement
- Be the face and voice of Historic Harley-Davidson, maintaining high energy and enthusiasm to keep both customers and staff engaged.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers, local businesses, and community organizations to develop partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
- Foster a fun, welcoming environment that encourages loyalty and keeps people coming back for more.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and vendors.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box when solving problems or generating new ideas.
- Confidence in Front of the Camera: Comfortable engaging with customers and staff, both online and in person.
- Self-Starter: Takes initiative and thrives without needing constant direction.
- Creative Mindset: Consistently brings fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple events, promotions, and marketing projects simultaneously.
- Passion for Harley-Davidson: A genuine enthusiasm for the brand is highly valued.
- Weekend Availability: Must be available for Saturday events, with occasional Sunday events (1-2 times per month).
