We are a well-established agricultural equipment company with 36 years of success serving fertilizer companies and agricultural Industry across the 8 Western States. Our primary focus is the sale and rental of specialized semi-trailers used to haul fertilizer and ag commodities.
We are seeking a self-motivated sales professional who can build strong customer relationships, conduct equipment demonstrations, and generate territory sales immediately.
This is a high-performance sales role with uncapped commission potential, where income is directly driven by your results. We are prepared to offer $150,000 plus commission as a total compensation opportunity for the right candidate with proven sales ability and industry experience.
What You Will Do
- Prospect and develop new business through cold calls, in-person visits, and demonstrations.
- Conduct on-site equipment demonstrations of fertilizer tender trailers, spreaders, seed tenders, and hopper bottom trailers.
- Following up with telephone calls and emails to get the sale or rental.
- Prepare and send quotes using Zoho or Word, including cost-based pricing, options, and delivery charges
- After sale follow up to ensure the customer is happy and needs are met.
- Build long lasting relationships with managers of fertilizer companies, farm and business owners.
- Maintain accurate records of activity, quotes, and customer interactions

- Strong history of prospecting new accounts and substantially expanding a territory.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage a large territory independently.
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits and demos (estimated 25% to 50% travel during first year).
- Agricultural knowledge is required; CDL is very helpful
