About the Role
Are you a high-performing Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a "flow state" and loves seeing a case move seamlessly from filing to resolution? Stanley & Associates is expanding our litigation team!
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be the engine of our "Execution" phase, handling substantive drafting and case management while being supported by Junior Litigation Assistants.
What You’ll Do

- Docket Management: Manage a busy litigation docket with a focus on meeting every milestone.
- Discovery Mastery: Review incoming discovery, coordinate with clients to gather evidence, and finalize verified responses.
- Deposition Coordination: Manage all logistics, notices, and initial outlines for depositions.
- Client Advocacy: Serve as the lead point of contact for clients in active litigation, providing high-level updates and professional support.
- Time and Calendar Management: Ensure all priorities and deadlines are met, and that the litigation calendar is flowing smoothly and not overbooked.
Who You Are
- Experienced: 2–5 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience; OR a completed degree or certification in Paralegal Studies.
- Bilingual Preferred: Native or professional-grade fluency in Spanish and English is highly preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: You embrace tools like CASEpeer and AI-driven medical chronologies to work smarter, not harder.
- Compassionate: You have the ability to sympathize with clients who are going through tough times and manage their expectations with empathy and expertise.
- Professional: You value a focused workspace and prefer internal chat/email for coordination to protect deep work time.
- Growth-Oriented: You're driven by success through hitting goals and milestones. You want to master your craft and eventually move into a Senior Litigation Paralegal or Leadership role.
